Our mission is to help people in transition build a new life through work and faith! Provides administrative and clerical support to the Connections Team and serves as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors. This position connects visitors with internal and external resources to meet their needs.
Coach and guide a caseload of 40-45 Boot Camp graduates that are seeking and maintaining employment. Assist graduates in understanding their abilities, talents, interests, and personality characteristics in order to develop realistic career options. Offer direction, encouragement, and motivation in order to prepare individuals for job search and to help them through difficult life situations.
Oversees and administers all functions involving the admission of candidates into training classes including conducting information sessions, scheduling interviews, and supervising volunteers in the welcome center. The position requires a high degree of proactive, problem solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
