The WorkFaith Connection is a Christ-centered organization that exists to encourage disadvantaged job seekers in their hope for a better future and to equip them with the skills and beliefs to gain employment and lead healthy, productive and spiritually rich lives.  Our mission is to help people in transition build a new life through work and faith! In addition to job readiness training, this organization is dedicated to demonstrating that a commitment and faith in Jesus Christ is fundamental to life’s journey.

A Note to WorkFaith Graduates Applying:

Graduates of WorkFaith may be considered for job openings. The requirements for becoming eligible for employment with WorkFaith include:

  1. Remaining in contact with your WorkFaith coach or other staff member since graduation.
  2. Find and retain a job with another employer for at least one year since graduation.

Job Coach

Coach and guide a caseload of 40-45 Bootcamp 101 graduates that are seeking and maintaining employment. Assist graduates in understanding their abilities, talents, interests, and personality characteristics in order to develop realistic career options. Offer direction, encouragement, and motivation in order to prepare individuals for job search and to help them through difficult life situations.

Primary Instructor

Conduct eight-day bootcamp for class sizes averaging 12-15 students. Teach principles, techniques, and methods related to securing and maintaining employment. Instill a strong work ethic in students through instruction related to attitudes, values, and applications from Scripture.
